After getting an order, we process the respective product as soon as possible and it hardly takes 10-12 working days to dispatch the item purchased.

We, then send you an email on the given address for the confirmation of the order and availability of your desired product.

We send your product through the well-known and the fastest courier services like DHL, FedEx or UPS to ensure that your product be delivered on time.

Make sure to mention your permanent home address instead of writing PO Box/APO/FPO addresses.  

As our client base is amplifying on a daily basis, we are receiving orders from nearly every part of the world. We have outsourced our product delivery services to the first class international courier services. We only deliver the best product well before the proclaimed deadline. Return / Exchange Policy:

If you want to exchange or return the purchased product, you simply send it back within 7 days in a good, selling condition. We will then send you the new one if comply our policies of returns and exchange. Also keep in mind that we do not facilitate any refund or exchange on custom made orders. Moreover, the size and color cannot be altered once you verified your order and it has passed the manufacturing process. If we could not be able to certify that the order was delivered to your mentioned address, we will make a full repayment in conjunction with the shipping charges.

You can perhaps try out the jacket for checking the size and comfort level, but we will only entertain the Return or Exchange if the product sent is in a good, re-saleable condition with all the tags and original accessories intact.

We do not refund or pay back the postage/delivery charges by any means. If a product is sent back to us, the delivery charges shall be borne by the customer himself. Before mailing back to the provider through the express delivery; kindly make sure to pack it properly as you received. So that it remains safe and trackable by the sender and receiver as well. As we receive your returned product back at our factory, we will notify you as soon as possible. Before returning the product, please email our sales office at sales@vavastore.com so that we can understand the reason behind.

For The Order Cancellation Or Changes:

Within 24 hours of placing an order, we will consider it as a confirmed order if you do not respond for any change. Thus we start processing your order.

No changes in the color and measurements of the product will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order and it will go for further processing.  

We will detect 25% of the product amount on cancellation of any order request.
