We proudly arrange the most gratifying returns and exchange policy for the pleasure of our respected customers. You can purchase any of our products with complete trust. As we deliver you the very best that truly justify the price you paid. But in any rare case; if you do not find a product up to the mark; you can simply exchange it within 30 days from the date you received that product.

Once you are definite to avail our returns and exchange policy; then first of all send an email to our site and after that return the particular product you do not want to keep. Hence we are informed about that we will be receiving the return.

Here are some requirements about our return/exchange policy that you must follow:

  • If you are not satisfied with a leather jacket you purchased from us; then you have to return it within 30 days from the date you received the order.
  • We offer store credits for those who avail exchange policy and purchase no leather jacket for their gratification. Our valued customers can use them any time and make future purchase as there is no time limit to take advantage of.
  • We will not accept your return, if the product you are sending back has been used or damaged.
  • Please make sure to return back the item in the given time frame and also inform us by email. Kindly ensure the fact that you have entered the correct address and it should reach the same place from where it was sent.

At, we care for our customers from the core of our hearts and fairly dispatch the products as per the stated size and color. To avoid any inconvenience; make sure to order the correct size and preferred color. For incorrect ordering in terms of size and color; ‘We Do Not’ facilitate any exchange, returns and refunds. 1: What if the jacket doesn’t fit satisfyingly on me?

In the case, there is no need to worry about. Just send your attire in an excellent, selling condition within 7 days of receiving the order and we will dispatch you a new piece. No refund or exchange is applied in the case. In custom made orders; if the customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she has to bear the delivery costs anyhow.

2: We don’t entertain any return, exchange or refund policy for any clothing product, if anyone purchase two items in a single transaction.

3: No product color or size can be exchanged as it has passed over for designing within 24 hours of verification.

4: Outfit cancellation is calculated on the following conditions:

  • If anyone cancel the order within 3 days, there is a 25 % deduction on the jackets’ amount.
  • There is a 45% deduction on the full amount; when you take decision to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order.
  • After 7 days of verification of the order placed, no cancellation will be entertained and you will not get any amount.

5: Our highly qualified, quality control department evaluate the product quality before mailing new orders to the customers. If the product is not ‘OK’ at the delivery time; we will right away mail a new one on priority shipment borne by us.

6: Refunds will only be accepted if we are 29 working days late, after the payment is received from the customer. We will repay the full amount in conjunction with the shipment charges, if we are not able to certify that the order was sent to your correct, mentioned address.
